1. NEET-UG documents :-
NEET-UG scorecard: This is a copy of the result or scorecard of NEET-UG, showing your rank and marks obtained.
NEET-UG admit card: Original admit card issued by the NTA for the NEET-UG exam.
Class 10th Marksheets: As proof of the date of birth.
Class 12th Marksheets: Marksheets of your 12th-grade exams that have the required percentage (50% for general category) in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology.

The steps toward getting an entry in the MBBS programme at the Institute of Post Graduate Medical Education and Research (IPGMER) are as mentioned below:
Eligibility :-
- A person must pass 10+2 from a recognised institution, with the first three subjects being Physics, Chemistry, and Biology.
- The candidate has to appear for NEET-UG exam (National Eligibility cum Entrance Test for Undergraduate courses).
