In countries like USA, UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand you cant get admission to UG medical programme after 12 years of education. You need to complete a pre. Medical course of 2 to 3 years and then appear for entrance exams to get a medical seat. It's expensive and time consuming if you go via this route. You can do your graduation in Europe or any other country in Asia and simultaneously prepare for USMLE or PLAB. If you successfully clear various stages of USMLE or PLAB you can get opportunity to do your PG in USA or UK directly after completing your MBBS. This route is better and followed by many students.

In India, in order to become a registered dietician, one needs to clear the RD exam conducted by the Indian Dietetic Association (www.idaindia.com. )
And to be eligible to write this exam, you need to have:
1. B.Sc. Home Science in Foods & Nutrition (Day Scholar. )
2. Post Graduate Diploma in Nutrition & Dietetics or M.Sc. In Foods & Nutrition (only) (This is a 3+1 format where the candidate must have done a minimum of four years in Home Science or Foods, Nutrition& Dietetics)
3. 6 months continuous internship (or 3+3 months) from recognised hospitals listed on the IDA website or 2 years' experience in a multispecialty hospital as a full-time dietitian.

JIPMER and AIIMS are outside NEET. So you have to register and apply for it separately. After the exam is over and the results are out. You need to apply for AIQ, State Quota, Deemed universities, AFMC, ESIC, etc. Separately as each has its own set of rules to follow. The counselling for AIQ seats, deemed universities and AFMC and ESIC colleges is done by Medical Council online simultaneously. The left over seats in government institutions are then transferred back to states while the deemed university seats are transferred back to the respective universities for filling up. Oh and the states conduct their own counselling for the 85% of state seats and the left over seats from AIQ.
