You can't pursue medicine without taking biology in class 12th.

First and foremost, NCERT physics, chemistry and biology books for class 11th and 12th are a must for AIIMS exam preparation. Apart from that, there are additional books that you must seriously consider while preparing for AIIMS entrance exam. Refer to books like:

NEET is the only gateway for admission in MBBS and BDS courses throughout India. There's no other option.

If you had biology then yes, you can prepare for NEET but that would be tough for you to manage both CSE and preparation simultaneously.

Write NEET, get a good score, and then apply for a medical seat.
