No, there is no entrance exam the admission is through state level counseling about 85%and remaining through NEET.

Yes, there are chances of me seat in government medical college in your category, but you have to be patient during the counseling process as you might not get seat in the first counseling, but will definitely get seat in the private colleges. Good luck.

If your marks is good in NEET more than 500 then India is beneficial to you otherwise Russia is also good choice.
