Your caste category
The number of seats available for unreserved candidates
The number of candidates who have scored more than you
The reservation policy of the state of Telangana
If you are from a reserved category, you may have a better chance of getting a seat even with 420 marks. This is because the government of Telangana reserves a certain number of seats for candidates from SC/ST/OBC categories.

It is unlikely that you will get an MBBS seat in Telangana with 420 marks if you are an unreserved candidate. The cut-off for government seats in Telangana is usually around 450-500 marks. However, you may be able to get a seat in a private medical college with this score. The cut-off for private medical colleges in Telangana is usually lower than the cut-off for government colleges. Here are some of the private medical colleges in Telangana that you may be able to get a seat in with 420 marks:
