Hello,
To pursue MBBS from USA, you must first complete your Bachelor's degree preferably from USA, clear the Medical College Admission Test which is MCAT and seek admission into a medical school. There is no MBBS degree as such and the process mentioned above is the typical procedure to study medicine in USA. Take your SAT and TOEFL to apply to Bachelor degree programs. You must also be academically very bright.

Your profile is exceptional for being a prospective IIM-A PGP student. I would suggest that you should study hard and try to score more than 95-97 percentile in CAT to get a call from IIM-A.
