Hi,
Yes, you must take the SAT or ACT and the TOEFL. However, there is no MBBS in USA. You need to enroll into a Bachelors degree program and thereafter clear the MCAT which is the Medical College Admission Test before pursuing your medical studies.

Hi Pratik,
The cutoff varies every year according to the number of students applying for examination and number of seats available. It would be advisable that you get in touch with college authorities/official page directly for accurate cutoff.

Hi Narayan,
USMLE is a licensure exam mandatory for students who want to do their residency in USA. If you want to do your residency in USA, you have to appear for it and perform well in that. Residency is allotted based on performance in USMLE.
If you don't want Residency in USA, you need not appear for it. Hope this clarifies your doubt.

Hello,
I agree with Lalit that you should drop a year and do preparation for the next year and reserve your seat in a government college. You can also go with reputed medical colleges but to get enrolled you have to pay big amount of donation.
