It's very less predictable that you'll get admission into government medical colleges at this score. However, you can definitely get a seat in private medical colleges under state quota counselling.

To get admission into any government medical college under state quota counselling for Tamil Nadu under OBC category, your score shouldn't be less than 450.

AIIMS, JIPMER, AFMC, MAMC, are some of the good government medical colleges of India. For admission into these colleges, you need a score of 550-600.

At this score, it's not possible to get BDS in government colleges but you can try in private dental colleges. You are expected to get one.

For admission into government medical colleges, you need a score of 450 plus. And as you have appeared 3 times your basics must be clear. Do an internal assessment. Find your weaker areas and go ahead

Yes, definitely, you'll be able to take care of your family. BAMS BHMS graduates earn 6-8 lacs per year in government setups and even higher in private.

For admission into MBBS or BDS anywhere in India, you have to appear the common entrance examination called NEET. There's no other gateway for admission.
