Yes, if you are a working employee, then it is valuable but a regular course is always better than a distance one!
If you are able to do MCA regularly, then you should go for it.

Eligibility for MCA is, any graduate who has passed or appearing for the final year degree examination in any discipline (Science, Commerce, Arts, Engineering or any approved University) is eligible to apply. Candidates must have mathematics as a subject in their 10+2 course or any one year of graduation. BCA qualified candidates can also pursue MCA.

For MCA, IMS Ghaziabad is best option. Apart from IMS, you can go for ABESEC, because, we can't compare both colleges on the basis of some terms. Both colleges are good in academics, placements and have a good rank in AKTU.

Yes, you can do it, one can complete MCA after graduation in B.Com but you cannot go for MCA (Science), you have to choose between MCA (Commerce) and MCA (Management). You can pursue MCA after B.Com if you had Maths along with your Commerce subjects in your 11th & 12th.

The eligibility for admission is Bachelor's Degree under 10+2+3 pattern in any discipline with a minimum of 50% marks in the aggregate, with Mathematics as one of the subjects at either Intermediate (10+2) or equivalent examination, or, Bachelors level (as a main or a subsidiary subject).
