I think you should go for Heritage Institute of technology other than Haldia because of following reasons:-
1.The college will get you a lot of interviews from various companies on campus but cracking it and getting placed is your job.
2.The quality of education is far better than any WBUT college & the faculty is highly dedicated and qualified.
3.The updated autonomy syllabus is on par with WBUT M.Tech.
4.Subjects like design and analysis of algorithm is something special you will find only at the MCA course in Heritage no other normal MCA colleges provide it.
Summing up it's like this the college will give you all the tools to make something out of yourself. But what you make depends upon you.
Most importantly, if you are in Bengal and in a private college Heritage is the best place to be.
