The interview is a key component for admission to the MBA at McGill University. The university considers a holistic approach so there is no specified weightage assigned to the interview. The interview is important for the admissions committee to better understand the candidate's background and experiences and for candidates to showcase their personality, leadership qualities, and how they can contribute to the MBA cohort. No single factor is decisive. Therefore, a positive interview does not guarantee admission.
