B.Tech+MBA is a good combination. The 70% crowd of IIMS consist of engineers. I myself is an engineer and now pursuing MBA from Doon Business School, Dehradun. I got into the college with 93.5%ile in CAT.

Yes, you have chances to get in NITW mechanical engineering. Maximum you will get it in case if you missed it you will get civil engineering for sure.

If you are definitely going to Aeronautical in M.Tech then you should take B.Tech aeronautical because having same branch in both undergraduation and post graduation makes you skilled in the particular field.
