Yes, candidates belonging to states other than Odisha are eligible to participate in the Odisha NEET counselling process. However, while registering, they need to select their category as NRI, and not Odisha domicile, Based on this, their admission process through Odisha NEET counselling will take place.

Odisha Joint Entrance Exam (OJEE) releases provisional merit list for Odisha NEET counselling process. Candidates are given an opportunity to submit challenges against the provisional merit list. Based on the challenges or objections, OJEE will prepare and release a final merit list. Only those candidates whose names will appear in the Odisha NEET counselling final merit list will be eligible to participate in the state counselling process.

450 marks in NEET is a good score. You can opt for admission to Prathima Medical College with a NEET score of 450. The fee structure for MBBS at Prathima Medical College is around INR 2.7 L. However the mentioned fee is for Govt. quota seats. The mentioned fee does not include charges applicable during the internship of the program. The mentioned fee is as per Government of Telangana. The NEET UG 2024 re-exam result for admission to the MBBS course has been released. Candidates can log in and check/download their scorecards on the official website of NTA NEET 2024.

The Cutoff ranks for the General AI category candidates ranged between 1282 and 15612. The most competitive course to get into was MDS in Prosthodontics; while the easiest course was MDS in Oral Medicine and Radiology.

The last-round closing Cutoff ranks for the General AI category candidates ranged between 315 and 360. The most competitive course to get into was MDS in Prosthodontics; while the easiest course was MDS in Pediatric and Preventive Dentistry.
