Yes, candidates belonging to states other than Odisha are eligible to participate in the Odisha NEET counselling process. The last-round closing Cutoff ranks for the General AI category candidates ranged between 315 and 360. The most competitive course to get into was MDS in Prosthodontics; while the easiest course was MDS in Pediatric and Preventive Dentistry.
