If your rank is 1,40,000 and you belong to SC category You may get a government College in Round three or Mop up round Through all India counselling

It will be better for you if you prefer to go for state counselling to take college rather than all India counselling

Some colleges that you can get through all Indian counselling are:-

Indira Gandhi medical College, Puducherry

Government medical College, Dholpur

Gmc Dausa

VSS medical College burla

Kanya Kumari Government medical College

Government medical College bundi

Government medical College, Hanumangarh, Rajasthan

Government medical College Kolhapur

Government medical College, Karauli

Yes, you can easily get admission in semi-government B.Sc Nursing colleges.

However, admision in Government Nursing college might be challenging but with your score of 228 in NEET you can get admission in many reputated Government college for B.Sc Nursing in second or mop-up round of counselling.

If you are from EWS category and your mark is 630, you will not get any college through all India counselling in 2024
So, therefore, it depends upon the state that you belongs to.

State such as Bihar, West Bengal, Uttar Pradesh, Gujarat, Tamil Nadu have fee below 30,000

Rajasthan and Maharashtra have Fee above one Lacs per year

Usually marks around 500-600 could get the best college, since the admission usually depends on the difficulty of paper, no.of seats and competition.

So particularly in the government colleges it is difficult to get seat .

The college at this rank depends on the category you belongs, and the state you belong
If you are from general Or OBC category, you will not get any college In any of the state Through all India counselling

If you're from SC/ST category, you can get college both from state counselling and All India counselling.

The college that you can get if you're from SC/ST Category through all India counselling are RML Lucknow, Lokmanya Tilak Mumbai, SN medical College, Jodhpur, medical College, Baroda, Government medical College surat, Sardar Patel medical College, Bikaner, Osmania medical College, Hyderabad, Mahatma Gandhi medical College, Indore, G

No, you're not eligible with this score to sit for the NEET exam.

To appear in NEET exam, you must at least get 50% marks in physics, chemistry, and biology individually.

As you have scored less than 50% in physics you will not be eligible.

There are 26 government colleges with around 4,500 seats, the admission usually depends on difficulty of paper, competition.

A score of 550-650 could possibly get a seat in 2nd ir 3rd counselling.
