- Fill out online application
- Online Fee Payment
- Candidate Profile letter generation
- Physical document verification at verification venue mentioned in the candidate profile letter (Swasthya Bhavan for NRI candidates only) as designated by NIC software

The Directorate of Medical Education & Research (DMER) Haryana is the conducting body for the Haryana NEET counselling. Hence, the official website of this state counselling is dmer.haryana.gov.in. For the UG counselling of Haryana NEET, the URL is uhsrugcounselling.com. The navigation which candidates have to follow to reach the portal for Haryana NEET UG counselling is as follows:

There are total six rounds of Haryana NEET UG counselling. The list of rounds are given below:

The Haryana NEET counselling 2023 was concluded with the Stray Vacancy round. The registration process for the Haryana NEET UG counselling 2024 Stray Vacancy round was conducted from September 23 to September 25, 11.59 PM. The seat allotment result was declared on September 26. Candidates had to deposit the tentative tuition fee between September 26 and September 28, 11.59 PM. The institute reporting for the document verification round was conducted on September 29, 9 AM onwards. The erstwhile three rounds were conducted from July 26 to September 15. Haryana NEET UG counselling is conducted by the Directorate of Medical Education & Research (DMER) Haryana. Pandit Bhagwat Dayal Sharma University of Health Sciences, Rohtak, is the conducting body for this state counselling. This university, on behalf of DMER Haryana conducts the counselling for the 85 per cent state quota seats for admission to MBBS and BDS courses. Candidates who qualify for the NEET exam are eligible to participate in this state counselling. The cutoff marks for admission to BDS colleges vary depending on the college, the category of the candidate, and the number of applicants. However, in general, a score of 350 is considered to be a low score, and it is unlikely that you will get admission in a top government medical college in Telangana with this score.
However, you may have a chance of getting admission in a private medical college in Telangana with a score of 350.
