In order to be eligible for NEET, you must have completed you 10+2 with a minimum aggregate percentage from a recognised board. So, the aggregate given to you in class 12th is the combination of both theory and practical exam.

Yes, you will still be eligible for NEET UG even if you fail Mathematics. Because the eligibility of NEET UG is an aggregate of PCB, and the passing status of the English subject is considered. So, if you have Mathematics and Biology both then Mathematics must be an additional subject otherwise failing in it may prevent you from applying for NEET.
