It is unlikely that you will get a seat in a government college in Telangana with a score of 380. The cut-off for government colleges in Telangana in 2022 was 425 for the SC category. However, you may be able to get a seat in a private A-category college. The cut-off for private A-category colleges in Telangana in 2022 was 380 for the SC category. However, there are a few things you can do to improve your chances of getting admission:
* You can try to improve your score in the NEET by taking a coaching class or by studying on your own. * You can apply to colleges that have a lower cut-off. * You can apply for a government scholarship or loan to help you pay for your education.
