As per India Today's article on the medical entrance exam, the topper found the AIIMS MBBS Entrance Exam 2018 a bit tougher than NEET 2018, even though she studied at CBSE. No, you will have to get online generated relieving letter from the earlier institute, before you join the next college. Without such relieving letter, candidates will not be permitted to join the seat allotted in round 2. Upgradation is applicable for only those candidates who have joined allotted
