You can follow a single good book. Try to give maximum time to NEET study. Practise few mocks and previous year papers. It is possible to score this high with six months preparation. Avoid distractions and just follow one single good book.

There is a low chance of getting  MVJ Medical College and Research Hospital as your marks in NEET are very low.

With 438 Marks in NEET you have no chance to get MBBS seat in government medical college. You have a chance to get BDS college.
