Your score is not good enough for you to get a government college but you can still try to get a private one. You can only get into a deemed university/college with higher fee margins (18lakh+ pa) and that too in the final mop up round (manual round) if at all you get.

Students who score 223 out of 720 will be considered NEET Qualified but it will not make them eligible for admission. The admission entirely depends on NEET Cutoff. Admission to the top medical colleges in India requires a score of above 600 out of 720.
