Yes, you have a choice of rewriting KCET anytime as long as you fulfill the eligibility criteria that is you must have at least 45% marks (40% for ST/SC) in math and Physics along with Biology or biotechnology or Chemistry or electronics or computer Science.

Even though you are a passed out Science student you are not eligible to write the NEET exam since u have pursued another stream hence you are not eligible.

There's nothing called direct application, you have to go through NEET councelling procedure in NTA. NEET. Nic. In then and only then you'll get an MBBS seat either it may be a government or Deemed colleges. You may try college prediction by Shiksha to know more about the colleges you can get.

It all depends on your rank. If you are unreserved, it may be difficult to get into government medical and dental colleges. State also depends. You may get admission in private colleges.
