It is difficult for you to get government seat for MBBS in 425 marks in all India quota as well as in 85% state quota in state. For getting government MBBS seat, you need to score around 570 in state quota and 600+ in all India quota for obc category.

You can get private MBBS with 250 marks in state quota as well as in all India quota but it can't be possible in a low budget.
