If you are seeking admission in government college for MBBS then your marks are not enough dear. But if you are looking for admission in B.A. M.S or BHMS you can secure a seat in government medical college in many states pan India.

To score maximum marks in a competitive exam like NEET you need to make sure following points:- Firstly, having the knowledge of all the concepts. Secondly, you've practiced a good number of questions in specific time so that you can manage to complete your exam within given time. Thirdly, attempt the paper strategically - avoid negative markings by attempting only those questions for which you know the answer - don't waste your time on questions you don't know - attempt short questions first and also the scoring subject should be solved first.

12th marks doesn't matter in the counseling of AYUSH courses.
You have scored 284 which can get you an admission in Homeopathy courses only.
Also, you can do MBBS or B.A. M.S or BDS from private colleges.
