For preparing NEET first important thing is that concept must be made clear weather from ncert or any other books which you think easy to understand. Try to solve question papers and mcqs of each subject. Both exams are important for you, for admission in medical college. Give your best. I think you will get BAMS or BHMS government seat. To get MBBS seat is little hard, if you'll go for mopup round you may get MBBS seat. All the best for your bright future.
