For admission into a good government medical colleges, you need around 550 and for private colleges you need around 450.

The all India common entrance examination called NEET covers both private and government medical colleges. So, you need to appear NEET, even if you want to join private college.

NEET is the only common entrance for admission into MBBS and BDS courses in India. AFMC also accepts NEET score. So, prepare well.

Regularity or continuous study record is not mandatory for appearing for NEET and AIIMS examinations. And also the maximum age limit for appearing the MBBS examination which used to be 25 earlier has been scrapped.
