NEET Round 1 Security Money Refund

In case the aspirant has not filled any choices in Round 1 and is not allotted any seat, the money submitted by them during registration is generally refundable under the NEET counselling process for security deposits.

Security deposits are usually kept to bind the candidates when they are allotted seats against their choices. When choices have not been filed and an allocation has not been made, then there is no bond with the candidate.

It is a good idea to take a glance at the particular guidelines released by the organizing authority for that year since minor differences in the policies may appear.&nbs

Preparation based on the syllabus of NEET will prove helpful as a foundation especially in Biology and to some extent, Physics and Chemistry. Mathematics is included in IAT that is not part of NEET syllabus. Analytical thinking and problem solving ability will be tested through IAT, which is comparatively at a higher level than that in NEET. Therefore, while NEET preparation helps you with some subjects, you need to devote extra time for Mathematics and the different question formats of IAT.

With a NEET 2024 score of 361, chances of getting admitted to any government medical college in the state of Uttar Pradesh or other states would be really tough. Cutoffs in government colleges are pretty high and go beyond 500 in many cases. But for you, perhaps, that would be an opportunity from private medical colleges or management quotas, whose cutoffs are generally lower. It's a good idea to get specific cutoffs for colleges of interest; they change each year, depending upon the overall performance of the candidates and seats available.
