The selection process for the MBBS course at K.S. Hedge Medical Academy is completely based on the scores acheived by the candidates in the NEET UG exam. Firstly, candidates are required to complete the basic eligibility criteria first, that states applicants must complete their Class 12 from the PCB/Biotechnology stream with a minimum aggregate of 50%. Then on the basis of scores achieved in NEET UG, the college releases the cutoffs.

If you belong to the general category, you have quite fewer chances of getting admission for MBBS at MS Ramaiah College because of high cutoffs. If you belong to any reserved category, then you have relatively higher chances of getting admission with this rank. MS Ramaiah Medical College is a private institution with a high cut-off rank, meaning you might need a significantly higher score to secure a seat. However, depending on your category and the availability of seats, you may still be selected during the counselling process.

No, you cannot apply for the NEET exam if you failed in chemistry in 12th. Students are required to pass 12th with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology as compulsory subjects, and failing in any one of these makes you ineligible to apply. So you are advised to reappear for your compartment chemistry paper and qualify it, and then you'll be able to apply for NEET. Always refer to the latest NEET eligibility criteria released by the National Testing Agency (NTA) for accurate information.

With  427567 rank and 377 marks in NEET, you are likely to get a private college only. Your rank is quite low to get a governemt college due to high cuoffs and private colleges generelly have a expensive fees structure only. So you can afford to take a drop year, you are suggested to take a drop year to attempt NEET 2025 to potentially get a seat in a government medical college with lower fees. However,   you are adviced to carefully weigh the pros and cons of each option before making a decision.

With 372 marks in NEET, you can easily get admission in MBBS colleges with the SC category. You have good chances of getting a private seat and low chances of getting a government seat. The chances for a government seat are lower because of the high cutoff of government colleges due to the low availability of seats and high competition. As you belong to the SC category, this will help you to secure the seat more easily as compared to other categories.

No, you'll not be join a medical college if you have scored 126 marks & 39.27 percentile in NEET even if you belong to PWD category. The minimum qualifying marks for this category is 45% which means you need to score slightly higher to qualify. So you are suggested to reappear for the exam and score a higher rank to get admission into a medical college.
