There are 4 major steps in whole admission process for JK MBBS/BDS. Admission process starst with regsistration/application form, followed by document verification, release of merit list and counselling. After registration, docuemnts are verified and based on teh same, a merit list is released. Candidates included in merit list, ahve to declare choices for seat allotment.

You don't need to write any other exam for AIIMS Delhi now. Just crack NEET. Previously they had their own entrance test, but that's stopped. Now it's all through NEET. If you score high enough, you can get a seat in AIIMS through the normal counseling. No extra test, no extra process — just focus on NEET and you're good to go.

Yes, you can fill out the NEET registration form with 46% in 12th (PCB) but to be eligible for admission, you need the following:
- Minimum 50% for General/OBC or 40% for SC/ST
- Your PCB aggregate must meet the criteria
Options if you fall short:
1) Take an improvement exam to raise your marks.
2) Consider NIOS or a single-subject re-test
3) Some state boards allow grace marks
Note: You'll receive an admit card, but final college admission requires your marks to meet the requirements. Don't lose hope; many students improve their marks later! Check
