Getting into AIIMS Delhi without NEET is possible since AIIMS Delhi offers a lot of courses apart from MBBS, such as BSc, MSc, PB BSc Nursing, MD, MS, DM and MCh, among various others. Admission to all these courses is either subject to an institute-specific entrance exam or INICET.

The minimum eligibility criteria to apply for the MBBS programme at AIIMS Bhubaneswar is that the candidate must have passed Class 12 or equivalent with a minimum of 60% aggregate (50% for SC/ST/PWBD) from a recognised board.

B.A.M.S. course is not offered in any branch of Government Medical College in Maharashtra. However, the government institute offering the course is Government Ayurved College and Hospital, Jalgaon, Maharashtra. 400 is a fine score. You can easily get the top government colleges for BAMS courses with a 400 score in NEET.

However, it also depends upon your rank. The last All India Rank for NEET at Government Ayurved College and Hospital in 2023, was 77245.

If you are going with donation, then I don't think NEET score matters.

You should have 50%+ in 12th PCB and appear for NEET exam.

One more thing is that admission policies change over time so you should have checked on it too.

For getting government college with state quota one needs 450+ score. Getting government college with 420 marks is difficult but you can get a private college easily.

The five and a half-year MBBS curriculum at DMCH is a comprehensive course that includes a one-year required rotatory internship. The programme results in the awarding of the Bachelor of Surgery and Medicine (MBBS) degree. The college accepts 100 students every year into its MBBS program.

Indeed, the Dayanand Medical College (DMCH) in Ludhiana, which offers 100 MBBS seats a year and is approved by the National Medical Commission, New Delhi, is a respectable MBBS school.
