Yes, you are eligible for an MBBS at 20 years old it's a common age to start, provided you've passed 12th grade with Physics, Chemistry, Biology (PCB) and cleared NEET UG exam as minimum age is 17 and there's no upper age limit in India anymore.

You just need to meet minimum score in PCB (50% for general, 40% for reserved) and clear NEET. 

D Pharm is of two years.

A D Pharma course also known as Diploma in Pharmacy is a programme designed to train students in pharmaceutical Science and pharmacy practice.
