Dr. NTR University of Health Sciences admission for MBBS and BDS the candidate should have to pass in 12th with 50% minimum marks with physics, chemistry, biology (botany/zoology/biotechnology), and English. For the ST/SC/OBC category students are eligible for 45% of marks with physics, chemistry, biology (botany/zoology/biotechnology), and English. Admission is done based on performance in NEET followed by counseling.

The selection process for the Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) course at Maulana Azad Institute of Dental Sciences is based on the score obtained by the candidates in the National Eligibility-cum-Entrance Test (NEET) UG. The institute offers 50 seats for BDS, out of which 15% (8 seats) are reserved for All-India Quota students, and the remaining 85% (42 seats) are for the State Quota (Delhi) students. The closing NEET UG 2023 Rank for BDS at Maulana Azad Institute of Dental Sciences was 23578 for the All-India Quota for the General Category and 26573 for the State Quota (Delhi) for the General Category.

On 25 acres in Srikqkulum, the college is located. The college's campus is home to physiotherapy, medical nursing, and a hospital. All across the college, Wi-Fi is available. The food quality is good when compared to other medical colleges, and the labs and classrooms are excellent. Each of the highly qualified professors is well experienced and trained in their respective domains. Each department has a HOD, 3-5 associate professors, 3-5 assistant professors, and 5-10 postgraduate. Every 3 months an internal exam is conducted. Moreover, the lab technicians provide practical guidance to the students in the lab.

Candidates must fulfill the following requirements to be considered for admission to Dr. NTR University of Health Sciences MBBS program:

  • Must have passed class 12 from a recognised board with PCB or PCMB along with English as a mandatory subject. 
  • Candidate must a have valid NEET-UG scorecard.
  • Admission to the MBBS programme is followed by a round of counseling. 

It is significant to remember that candidates from the state of Andhra Pradesh/Telangana are eligible for 85% of the seats at Dr. NTR University of Health Sciences.

Jamia Hamdard accepts NEET score for MBBS, BUMS and BPharm programme. Candidates can also get admission to BPharm via JEE Main score. Apart from these, admission to all other courses is either based on other national-level entrance exam or merit in the last qualifying exam. So, the answer to the question will depend on the course one is applying for. 

Admission to courses like BSc, BA, BCom, BJMC and BBA is based on CUET-UG score. Apart from this, JEE Main is accepted for BTech programme. The selection for MBA is based on national-level Management entrance exams like CAT, CMAT, MAT, GMAT, XAT, GPAT, or ATMA.

Gujarat University offers MBBS through affiliated colleges based on Gujarat NEET scores followed by the counselling for the Home State Quota. As per the Gujarat University cutoff for MBBS Home State Quota, the last round closing rank stood at 2607 for B. J. Medical College, Ahmedabad, 26164 for GMERS Medical College and Hospital, Sola and 42378 for Smt. N.H.L. Municipal Medical College.
