It is difficult to say for sure whether you need 440 marks in NEET to get a government medical college in Andhra Pradesh via the OBC category with a score of 300 in your first drop. The cutoff marks for admission to government medical colleges vary depending on the college, the category of the candidate, and the number of applicants. However, in general, a score of 440 is considered to be a good score, and you should have a good chance of getting admission in a government medical college in Andhra Pradesh with this score.
