The admission process is:

Take the NEET exam and score well.

The National Testing Agency (NTA) then announces the NEET cutoff.

The Medical Counselling Committee's (MCC) NEET counselling is open to all qualified candidates who register and attend.

Sort your college selections by preference.

Following that, colleges are assigned to applicants depending on the choices they have made, the seats that are available, their category, and their NEET scores.

Visit the campus of AIIMS Patna after admission is granted.

Pay course fees and submit paperwork to finish the admissions process.

No matter what category you fall under, 305 marks will not get you a seat in any government medical college. Work hard the following time, and perform well.
With a SC category score of 305, you should consult the official NEET UG website, the websites for the relevant states' medical schools, and the counselling offices to better evaluate your possibilities of admission. To help applicants understand their chances of acceptance, they typically announce cutoff scores and hold counselling sessions.

The range of 436 to 500 is a safe score in NEET for SC category candidates to get admission.

However cutoffs may vary.
