This NEET score of 450 marks may not even make it possible to take admission in BJ Medical College. The cutoff for general categories was around 704 marks for the MBBS programme at BJMC during the year 2024 while, in contrast, for SC students it has come out to be around 600 marks and 500 marks for ST students. Your marks are never going to be sufficient enough to get you a seat here. It would be advisable to explore some other colleges or look out for options in lower categories or states where cutoffs may more amenable.

Once you get to score 617 marks in NEET you can easily get into the government medical college. As per the NEET cutoff 2022, the candidate having 617 marks can get All India Rank between 30000 to 40000. If you have scored 520 marks in NEET you can apply to government medical colleges although there maybe relatively lower cutoffs in a few states. Some possible colleges to consider are Government Medical College, Chandigarh (cutoff: Some of the other medical colleges are Government Medical College Amritsar, the cutoff rank lie between 500-520, the Government Medical College patiala the cutoff rank between 490-510. For you to have a NEET score of 227 and AIR 865613 there is very little chance that you can get an admission into government college for Bsc Nursing. For government colleges the NEET cutoff is much higher varying slightly from 300-500 for the general and up to 250-400 for the SC/ST/OBC. Percentage in your 12th standard is also acceptable here but do not consider it crucial for the admissions. There are merely 2500 to 3000 seats for Bsc Nursing offered by government college in India. Based on the NEET ranks, scoring 6 lakhs, you probably stand no chance in joining a government medical college. Intake Ranks The cutoff ranks to government medical colleges under NEET are extremely high from 1000- 50000 for General category and from 50000- 150000 for SC/ST/OBC categories. Out of the total MBBS seats about 90,000 approximately, 15% are for All India Quota and the remaining 85% for state quota. You may not even qualify to join any government medical college depending on your rank.
