Yes, St. John's Medical College, Bangalore offers Management quota seats for admission to the MBBS programme. Candidates who wants to apply for Management quota seats at St. John's Medical College, candidates need to contact the college directly or through an authorised agent. No, a BSc in Radiology and Imaging Technology typically does not require NEET

NEET is primarily required for admissions to undergraduate Medical (MBBS), Dental (BDS), and some other allied health Science courses. 

BSc in Radiology and Imaging Technology admissions are usually based on merit or CUET scores.
