There are a total of 900 seats in MBBS course of RUHS. The seats are distributed among the 27 affiliated/ constituent colleges. Candidates are offered seat in MBBS programme based on NEET-UG score. Selected aspirants have to participate in Rajasthan NEET Counselling for seat allotment.

The Mahatma Gandhi University of Medical Sciences and Technology (MGUMST) provides 250 places for its MBBS program. These seats are filled based on candidates' performance in the NEET-UG exam as prescribed by the Medical Council of India (MCI). According to government laws, seat allocation often includes reservations for several categories, such as general, SC, ST, OBC and economically vulnerable sections. The admissions procedure is tough, and getting a seat requires a high NEET score as well as completing other eligibility requirements.

The Ministry of Railways prescribes the RPF SI exam pattern for Computer Based Test (CBT), Physical Efficiency Test (PET) & Physical Measurement Test (PMT). RPF SI exam pattern 2024 for CBT is such that it is divided into three sections- General Awareness, Arithmetic, and General Intelligence & reasoning. Besides Hindi and English, the CBT is conducted in regional languages too. The standard of the syllabus is graduation level. There are also negative marks for wrong answers in the exam.
