  1. The forms will be released by respective states and the central committees (you will need to actively check their websites for notifications), you are required to fill them CORRECTLY and within time. You might also be asked to attatch your documents so make sure you have everything handy.
  2. In the counsellings you would be asked to select your choice of colleges in a list format. My suggestion- fill relevant colleges only. If you have a rank of 6k, don’t waste your time filling up MAMC or VMMC. Research properly about previous year cutoffs and then fill. The colleges are alotted on the basis of your rank and quota (if any).

Hello,
You have scored well for BAMS and will definitely get into government college for BAMS at this score.

Wait for the counselling.
All the best. Feel free to revert.

Hello,

According to the previous year's cut off, a candidate belonging to the SC category scored 546 marks and the college allotted was Guahawti Medical College, through the state quota.

So a safe score for your category would be 540+ marks, and chances are low, of you getting a government medical seat in Assam.

You can get the following colleges at this score-

  1. Sukh Sagar Medical College and Hospital
  2. Heritage Institute of Medical Sciences
  3. Subharti Medical College
  4. Sri Siddhartha Medical College, Tumkur

Based upon your score in NEET 2022, and the previous year cutoff chances are less for admission in government medical college under all india quota and state level quota.

You may have chances in private college under state quota.

Use NEET college predictor to check you MBBS/BDS chance in deemed university and state quota seat based on NEET AIR.

A score ranging between 450-500 in NEET is taken as a safe score for BDS admission in a government college.

Students under the general category need to score 50 percentile in NEET for BDS admission, whereas the 45 percentile is for reserved category students.

Though you have not mentioned the category and the state name but nevertheless .Find the general details related to the expected cut off for different categories for getting admission:

  1. For UR: 420 and above
  2. For OBC: 400 and above
  3. For SC: 350 and above
  4. For ST: 310 and above

NOTE: These are the expected cut offs. The cut off varies from state to state. It may be less for other states.
