No. you will not be able to get a seat in a government medical college with a rank of 346,701 because the cutoff for government medical colleges in India is very high
But you will be able to get a seat in a private medical college with your current rank.
You can also consider applying for a seat in a deemed university.

No. you will not be able to get admission to a private college for MBBS with a rank of 273644 because in 2022, the cutoff for MBBS in private colleges in Karnataka was around 40,000 rank for the general category and 30,000 rank for the OBC category.

Generally if you talking about state government quota reservation then what they look for is the valid domicile of that state. It doesn't matter anything else as long as you have the valid domicile certificate of a particular state you eligible to apply for the government medical College of that particular state.

Well, this varies from state to state and this year all the colleges have not gone through NEET but they will be next year onwards. So I'm guessing a score even around 490–500 should get you into the top college in your state and 450 should get you into some colleges too.

Congratulations to your daughter on her NEET UG score! While she has scored well in the NEET exam, it's important to understand that admission to All India Quota (AIQ) seats is based on merit and rank. The AIQ seats are reserved for candidates from all over India, excluding the respective state quota.
In the case of Punjab quota, your daughter's score of 672 should be considered for admission to medical colleges within Punjab. To secure admission to AIQ seats, she would need to have a rank that meets the cutoff set by the central counseling authorities.
