The answer will be both yes and no. Getting admission into AIIMS Mangalagiri without NEET is possible since AIIMS Mangalagiri offers a lot of courses apart from MBBS such as BSc, MD and MS. Admission to these courses is based on institute-specific entrance exams or INICET. Students must qualify for NEET for the MBBS course. After qualifying for the exam students must appear for the counselling process.

Where a medical college is located can change a lot how students learn and see patients:
Colleges near cities or big hospitals let students see more types of health problems and different kinds of patients than colleges in villages.
Being near many hospitals also give more chances to meet doctors and learn together.
So, where college is very important for learning and seeing patients. Students should think about this when picking college to get best education and training for future medical jobs.

The National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) cut-off score for admission in MBBS at Bangalore Medical College and Research Institute differs category wise :
For general category- 750 to 1147th rank.
For OBC Category - 1300 to 2741st rank.
For SC category - 12400 to 27201st rank.
For ST category - 11000 to 11984th rank.
