You need to pass the 12th board exam and gujcet as per merit. You have passed your 12th standard examination with Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and English as compulsory subjects. For the General category, you need to have secured a minimum of 50% marks in the aggregate of Physics, Chemistry, and Biology in your 12th standard exam. 

With the marks you mentioned - 77 in Physics, 88 in Chemistry, and 74 in Biology - your aggregate score would be 239 out of 300, which is 79.67%. This meets the 50% minimum requirement for the General category. You must have completed 17 years of age at the time of admission or by December 31, 2024.

NTA provided the NEET 2024 application correction facility for the registered candidates wherein they got a chance to make necessary corrections or changes. However, only those candidates submitting the NEET application form 2024 by paying the requisite application fee within the stipulated date were eligible to avail of the NEET application correction facility.
