College fee in private colleges is fixed by the government which is around 70000 but the accommodation and other fee varies with the college as it is fixed by private people. Admissions to these colleges is based on councelling in mcc. Nic. In similar to that of government college criteria, but as the fee is comparatively higher than government college these colleges are less preferred. For the list of private colleges and their fee details please visit, https://www.shiksha.com/medicine-health-sciences/colleges/mbbs-colleges-india?rf=filters&bc[]=102&fe[]=f5&fe[]=f4&fe[]=f3&fe[]=f2&uaf[]=state&uaf[]=base_course&uaf[]=city.

With 420 marks in NEET 2022, getting MBBS seat in gajaraja medical college might not be possible. You may still choose your most liked college as your first preference during councelling, you might get if you are lucky enough. You may try out some of the deemed medical colleges if you can afford or you may try BDS course.

There is no free seat at Gokaraju Rangaraju; instead, the meritorious top rankers get a fee waiver. Since you have not mentioned your category, I am assuming that you are a general category student. You may not get a fee concession at 30,000 rank in the TS EAMCET. The tuition fee for the B.Pharma. Course is Rs. 65,000 for category A students. Even in the reserved category, you have less chance of getting a fee waiver at Gokaraju Rangaraju College for B.Pharma. However, you may get admission to B.Pharma with your rank.

With 226 marks getting a BDS course is easy than MBBS course.
You have to register yourself in mcc.nic.in during councelling and make a list of colleges you want to attend from as wanted college in first place and least wanted college in the last.
Based on your rank and your preferences of colleges you will be alloted to a seat.
