The Chirayu Medical College and Hospital is comparatively more affordable than the Rural Medical College, Loni. The fee is just around Rs. 57.05 Lacs for the MBBS course at Chirayu Medical College, whereas it is Rs. 65.25 Lacs at Loni Medical College. However, since MBBS seats in the Rural Medical College of Loni are higher (around 200) than those at Chirayu Medical College (around 150), you can get admission here up to the 83817 NEET UG rank. Yes, you can get direct admission to the B.Pharma. Colleges. Some colleges that offer direct admission based on the Class 12 score are:
1. S. R. L. T. Group of Institutions, Etawah, Uttar Pradesh
2. Chitkara College of Pharmacy, Chandigarh
3. PDM University of Bahadurgarh
4. Smt. Kishoritai Bhoyar College of Pharmacy, Nagpur
5. Gurgaon campus of Amity University
You can visit the official websites of these colleges to check if admissions are still ongoing for B.Pharma. However, the fee will be comparatively higher if you take direct admission.

The criterion is to setup a hierarchy of your choices and based on your rank you will be allotted to college, Like 1st, 2nd and 3rd etc. Rank student will get 1st preferred choice if that college is filled, then the next rank will get his 2nd preferred choice and so on.

Allotment of a college is based on the choices you place in your councelling, first chose will be preferred than the second one.
By the time your rank comes college with seats according to your preferences will be alloted to you.So if you want a particular college place it in first place of your choises and less interested colleges in next places and so on.
