Indian Maritime University (IMU) is a central university under Ministry of Shipping and Transportation to co-ordinate education and grant degrees in the field of Marine Science and Engineering. You need to do marine engineering. For this, either CET of your state or JEE Mains are the requirements. Of course, you need to score enough in class 12th to qualify.

No, it's not possible because it is a required criteria to pass in PCM with 60% marks. You may give class 12th exams again or go for any other options.
