If you have got a good score in JEE Mains then you can get an IIIT or NIT but not CSE. You can get IT and mechanical engineering.

CLAT doesn't provide for 3-year law. You can give CLAT only for 5-year law or 1 year LL. M. after your law.

For registration, you don't need to worry about your aggregate marks. Even the students currently pursuing TY can register themselves. But keep in my mind that many colleges would not let you apply, if your aggregate marks in your graduation are less than 50%.
