See, if you have state domicile certificate then you may get the college in the second round of counselling but if you are of outside Maharashtra then it will be difficult for you to get into the college at this rank.

With this rank, it will get somewhat difficult for you to get NIT. Instead of settling down for some mediocre government college, it would be better if your try for some good private university. Many reputed private universities are offering B.Tech degree with various specializations. They have their different criteria for admissions.
