With the details that you have shared, the general eligibility for admission in the BE course in YCCE is as stated below:
*Passed HSC or its equivalent examination with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with one of the Chemistry or Biotechnology or Biology or Technical or Vocational subjects and obtained at least 50% marks (at least 45% marks, in case of Backward class categories and Persons with Disability candidates belonging to Maharashtra State only) in the above subjects taken together;
and Obtained score in MHT-CET 2017 or JEE Main Paper-I conducted by the Competent Authority.
As far as the MHCET score is concerne

EXTC and ELEX has mathematics for 6 semesters, which is the highest according to my knowledge. CSE and it has mathematics for 4 semesters. Wish you all the best.

Yes, you have good chance usually last year MBA MMS seats for Lala Lajpat Rai College ended up in 76 percentile it changes every year but still it won't go up than 78-79. All the best.
