Hello! Sadly there is no good college which you can get with that low score in CET, as the cutoffs of all top colleges are generally above 97 percentile.

You are eligible for VITEEE. If you are interested in B.Tech from VITEEE, it is good because in case of B.Tech it is India's best private university. And also, good in other courses also. But, it is costly. And for EAMCET AND MH-CET, there is no idea.
