Yes, you can get admission through your JEE Mains in private colleges and ICT where they have 15% JEE quota. You will get various good college like PICT, SPIT, VIT, and RCOEM etc. using JEE marks but some good state government doesn't have JEE quota like VJTI, COEP and WCW etc. So, you have to give MHTCET for these colleges.

You can start as per new UGC guidelines which have allowed to degrees simultaneously. But I would suggest you to explore about distance PGDM in HRM or part time MBA from institutes like SCDL / NMIMS/ IGNOU etc.

Yes, you are eligible for 2nd round of CAP counselling if not happy with the previous allotted course. You can use the following options if not happy with the previous allotment.
1. Float option: The candidate has to choose this option where they are allotted with the course but they want to apply for the higher course in other institution.
2. Slide option : A candidate who accepts the allotted course offered to them and wants to apply for higher courses in the same institution they took admission to. The candidate has to choose this option.

Hello Chetna Kiran, However, applicants were able to fill the MHT CET 2022 application form till May 11 with additional fee of Rs 500. The MHT CET exam date 2022 for PCM is August 5 to 11.
