MHT CET 2022 exam dates have been revised again. The exam will be held from August 5 to 11 for PCM group and August 12 to 20 for PCB group. MHT CET 2022 application form has been closed.

MHT-CET-2022

MHT CET exam date 2022 has been revised. As per the new exam schedule, MHT CET 2022 exam for the PCM group will be conducted from August 5 to 12 while for the PCB group, the exam will be held from August 12 to 20. MHT CET application form 2022 has been closed. The last date to fill the application form with late fees was April 23.

Candidates interested in taking admission in engineering or pharmacy courses in Maharashtra need to appear in MHT CET 2022. The exam will have three papers, Paper 1 of Mathematics, Paper 2 of Physics and Chemistry combined, and Paper 3 of Biology. Engineering aspirants have to appear in Paper 1 and 2 and pharmacy aspirants have to take Paper 2 and 3. The exam will be conducted online as a computer-based test and each paper will be of 90 hours duration. The MHT CET 2022 syllabus has been released and covers the class 11 and 12 Maharashtra board syllabus.

A:

MHT CET paper do not have negative marking for incorrect answer. In MHT CET exam, Physics and Chemistry question is of 1 marks. No marks are deducted for unattempted questions. For any question, if none of the options is found correct or a question is found to be wrong or dropped, then full marks will be awarded to all candidates irrespective of the fact whether the question has been attempted or not attempted by the candidate.

The Maharashtra Common Entrance Test Cell has closed the MHT CET application form 2022. Registration was open up to April 23 with a late fee. Registration without late fee was open up to April 15. Application forms were available online on the official website mhtcet2022.mahacet.org. Candidates have to fill the form online within the specified dates to appear in MHT CET 2022.

How to fill MHT CET application form 2022

  • Open the official website- mahacet.org

  • Click on the MHT CET application form link

  • Register using the required details

  • Fill the detailed application form with the required information

  • Upload scanned photo and signature

  • Verify all the details filled and pay the application fee

  • Application form will be submitted upon successful fee payment

MHT CET 2022 Application Form Correction

The registered candidates will be allowed to correct/modify certain details in their MHT CET application form 2022 after the closing of the application process. MHT CET application correction will be available online through login for a certain period on the official website. During the correction period, candidates can modify the details filled by them including photos and signatures.

MHT CET 2022 Eligibility Criteria

Candidates interested in appearing for MHT CET 2022 must ensure they fulfil the eligibility criteria before filling the application form. As per the MHT CET eligibility criteria 2022, candidates must have passed class 12/equivalent exam or appear in 2022. There is no maximum age limit to apply for the MHT CET exam. The detailed eligibility criteria regarding Maharashtra domicile status and All India category candidates can be checked from the information brochure.

MHT CET 2022 Exam Pattern

As per the exam pattern of MHT CET, the exam will be held online as Computer Based Test and the question paper will have MCQ-type questions. There will be three question papers, Paper of Mathematics, Paper 2 of Physics and Chemistry combined, and Paper 3 of Biology. Students seeking admission in engineering courses need to appear in Paper 1 and 2 while for admission in pharmacy courses, candidates need to appear in papers 2 and 3.

Also, 20% weightage will be given to the questions from the class 10 syllabus and 80% weightage will be given to the questions from the class 12 syllabus while setting the Question Papers. MHT CET 2022 Syllabus

The syllabus of MHT CET 2022 is the same as the class 11 and 12 Maharashtra board syllabus. However, some chapters from the class 11 part are not covered in the MHT CET syllabus while the full class 12 syllabus is covered in the exam. Candidates can find below the class 11 syllabus which is covered in MHT CET while for class 12, candidates have to study the complete syllabus.

MHT CET 2022 Admit Card

The Maharashtra CET Cell will issue admit cards to all the successfully registered candidates for the MHT CET 2022 exam. MHT CET admit card will be available online on the official website. Candidates have to download and take its printout to carry at the exam centre on the day of the exam. Admit cards will have details of MHT CET 2022 exam date and time, exam centre address, candidates basic details like roll number, photo, signature, and parents details. MHT CET Question Papers 2022

The official MHT CET question papers will be released along with the answer key on the official website. Candidates have to log in to download the question papers and answer key on the website using their application number and password. Several coaching institutes will also release MHT CET 2022 question papers after the completion of each shift based on memory-based questions.

MHT CET 2022 Answer Key

Candidates will be provided here with the answer key after the conclusion of the exam by several coaching institutes. The official answer key will be released on the website in the official website. Candidates can use the answer key along with question papers to calculate their scores. Candidates will also be allowed to challenge the official answer key in case students thinks any answer to be incorrect. The objections have to be submitted online within the stipulated time.
