Yes, colleges under the MH-CET accept direct entry in the second year of engineering. I assume you are referring to lateral entry to engineering colleges in Maharashtra. For instance, the College of Engineering in Pune This college provides admission to the first year on the basis of MHT CET and JEE scores. It also offers lateral entry in B.Tech. , and to be eligible for it:
1. Your Diploma should be recognised by MSBTE.
2. You should have completed your Diploma course with a minimum of 45% overall.

According to me obviously yes because degree is a degree, may it be a correspondence or a regular. It depends on the schools what percentage or grade is required for the exams and for sure it is all upto to you how much you score in your entrance exams. So I think yes you should go for your target and best of luck for your future.

If you are looking for colleges in India, I will prefer College Of Engineering in Pune or VJTI in Mumbai. These colleges are the finest colleges presently in the country offering numerous courses in electronics and telecommunication. 23.99percentile is Low for CSE branch, but you can get admission in private colleges in civil or mechanical branch or you can get CS branch by management quota but it can be too costly. Or you can try best in next year exam to get in government colleges of Pune.

The admission criteria for the five-year integrated course B.A. LL.B. At the School of Law of the University of Mumbai (Thane campus) is:
You must have completed the 12th standard from a recognised board with at least a 45% aggregate score. Also, you must have qualified for the MHCET Law exam with a decent score. With a MH-CET score of 69, it is difficult to get admission into the School of Law without category-based exemptions. In previous years, the cut-off has been above 106. like 110 and 118 in different rounds for admission in 2021. The category-based cutoff varies, and for certain categories it is slightly lower than 100.
