Psychometric analysis a mix of different types of questions. Psychometric questions deal with your behavior,attitude and thought process in different situations.On a scale of strongly disagree to strongly agree you need to mark where do you think you lie. They are very easy questions ,the only tip i would give is be honest in the psychometric test and you are good to go.

Hi samul,
To get a call from Mica you need to clear Micat. Of course your past scores carry some weightage but it depends mainly on your Micat and ge pi. The selection process on the website tells the breakup. http://www.mica.ac.in/

The breakage of the criteria is given on the website. www.mica.ac.in
Also not much importance is given to your past scores.It is your performance in MICAT,your GE/PI process that matters the most.

Hi Shashank,
Micat has two parts in the exam.
The first part consists of a 35 minutes in which you write a story based on the pictures you are given. And then a topic on which you are asked to write on it.
After that the next part is quant,verbal,gk.As such no particular number is defined to attempt the number of questions.
Depending upon the number of questions you should attempt a good number. Also since Micat carries 50percent weightage, you should try answering a good number of questions keeping in mind the marking scheme and the negative marks. As far as I know SIBM Pune does not offer a course in Communications.If you are referring to SIMC then MICA is a better choice any day. Visit the websites of both the colleges and you will get a clarity. http://www.mica.ac.in/
